Forest, Trees, and their Curative Energies

Initially, the Forest Bath was based on the sense that the fresh air and the immensity of a forest are suitable for the body and mind. But soon it started to be studied, and its benefits were quickly proven.
Currently, the technique is used as a form of preventive medicine, has shown results in reducing cortisol. This primary hormone causes stress, blood pressure, and improvements in concentration and immunity.
The Shinrin-yoku or Forest Bath technique proposes a meditative experience of silence. It is also an art of observation, and exchanges between the person and nature, with exercises later adopted by the mindfulness meditation lines.
