The Constellation of Love in Healing Miracles
Flash forward to the end of 2019 when my horse became critically ill. It was remarkably similar to my scenario: Lots of uncertainty, more questions than answers, lots of urgencies.
I wondered if I could recreate the healing cocoon that I had for me to heal for my horse?
The one thing I learned from 20 years as a critical care nurse and from my death scare is that hospitals are for information gathering and repair, but they are not for healing.
I wanted to create a healing environment that would synergistically co-exist with my horse’s diagnostics process.
The first thing I had to do was release my ego. Healing would not occur because of what I was doing.
Healing is a co-creative process because we are all interconnected.
I had to let go and let people help him even if he was terrified. I used his terror as the opening to see him as strong and more expansive than his current situation. I sent him grounding through all four of his legs and feet. I saw his energy grounding into the healing matrix of the Earth’s electromagnetic currents. I visualized him receiving Universal Life Force flowing from the top of his head down through the pillar of his spinal cord.
Inwardly I bowed to his and my terror and kept diving deeper into his heart through the noise of the current situation and into the stillness that resides in all of us.
When I “felt” that space and not before then, I whispered to him, “I am with you in all ways. No matter the outcome.” I wanted him to feel me align with both permission for his process but also the bigger picture of our relationship, which transcends time and space.
I asked my friends for a Prayer Circle for him because I am a big believer in the power of praying in a way that expresses gratitude for our circumstances opening us up to receive whatever healing is possible at the moment. I was not after “fixing” the situation but praying for supporting the natural organic healing to take place-whatever that was- which was between my horse and his Higher Power.
